主 旨：【公告事項】--有關本校112-2期末教學意見調查教師排除名單資料設定，請查照。 The Final Course Evaluation Questionnaire -Teachers’ Student Exclusion List Setting.

說 明：

一、 依據本校「教學意見調查實施辦法」辦理。

(一)教學意見調查係為瞭解學生對教師教學之意見，增進師生溝通。

(二)期末教學意見調查施作時間為開學後第14週到第18週截止。

(三)排除名單由授課教師於期末教學意見調查施作期間提出，以該課程修課人數之1/10為上限。

(四)填答率未達25%(含)之課程，評量值不列入統計分析。 

二、 本案排除名單設定，攸關當學期課程「填答率」及統計結果，請審慎點選。設定事宜說明如下：

(一)教師如欲設定排除名單資料，設定期間：113年5月20日(一)至113年6月22日(六)。

(二)登入路徑：本校首頁/教師/教學意見調查(網址:https://ceq.nkust.edu.tw/Home/TeaIndex)，輸入帳號(職員編號)、密碼(同校務行政系統密碼)即可進入。

(三)檢附操作手冊(如附件一)，進入系統後點選「期末排除名單設定」→「自訂排除」即可進行設定。 

三、 本學期於113年7月3日起全面開放學生查詢當學期成績，學生填完所有應施測科目之問卷後，能提早於第18週起(113年6月17日)進入成績系統查詢當學期成績，未完成所有問卷填答之學生，無法提早查詢到該學期成績。為增進師生溝通、提升教學品質，敬請老師儘早提送成績及轉知學生踴躍填寫問卷，俾利日後教學意見調查值參考應用。 

四、 敬請各系所（中心）協助轉知提醒兼任教師，以維教師權益。

1.According to the “Regulations Governing Course Evaluation” at the University.

(1)These Regulations Governing Course Evaluation aims to understand students’ opinions on teaching methods and promoting communication between teachers and students.

(2)The final course evaluation questionnaire shall be available from the fourteenth to the eighteenth week of the semester.

(3)The exclusion list shall be provided by teachers during the final course evaluation period. The number of exclusion lists shall be limited to a maximum of one-tenth of the total number of students enrolled in the course.

(4)For courses with a Response Rate of 25 percent and below, the assessment value shall not be included in the statistical analysis.

2.The settings of this exclusion data are crucial as they affect the “response rate” and statistical results of your course. Please carefully assess the settings you choose. Teachers can follow the steps outlined below.

(1)If teachers would like to set up an exclusion list, the system is open from May 20, 2024 to June, 22, 2024.

(2)Click https://ceq.nkust.edu.tw/Home/TeaIndex

Please log in with the account (staff ID) and password (the one that is used to enter the school affairs platform).

(3)Attached is the Operational Manual (see Attachment 1).Once logged in ,click on ‘Final Teachers’ Student Exclusion List Settings’, then select ‘Custom Exclusion’.

3.The system will be open for students to inquire about their grades from July 3, 2024. If students finish filling out all the final course evaluation questionnaires, they are allowed to log in the system and inquire about their grades earlier, starting from June 17, 2024 (Week 18). For those who do not finish filling out the course evaluation questionnaires, they are not allowed to inquire about their grades in advance. To foster better teacher-student communication and enhance teaching quality, we kindly ask teachers to promptly submit grades and inform students to actively fill out the questionnaires so as to provide reference for future course evaluation.

4.We hope that each department (center) could assist in notifying and reminding adjunct faculty and thus safeguard their own rights and interests.
